Getting help, and telling portier about a problem or a wish, works the same in every role, from a menu in the header: the button Help and feedback. Answers come from this help centre. What it does not cover, support answers by email.
Also called: help menu, support, report a bug, feedback, ticket, feature request.
Find an answer in the help centre
In the header, click Help and feedback.
Click Help. The help centre opens inside portierX, in the language portierX shows you.
Type your question in the search box. The AI assistant answers from the help centre's articles in your language and names the articles it used. You can also open the articles directly.
Report a problem
In the header, click Help and feedback, then Report an Issue. A form opens.
Describe what happened: on which page, what you did and what you expected. Give your name, your organisation and your email address.
Send the form. The report goes to portier.
Suggest an improvement
In the header, click Help and feedback, then Request a Feature. A form opens.
Describe what you need and what for. Give your name, your organisation and your email address.
Send the form. The suggestion goes to portier.
Ask support by email
If the help centre does not answer your question, or you want to talk to a person, write to [email protected]. Name the page concerned and what you were trying to do.
What changed in portierX
What each release of portierX brings is in the public release notes.
Rules
The Help and feedback menu sits in the header of every page after signing in. The sign-in pages and the error pages have no help menu.
The AI assistant answers from the published help centre articles only. It does not open a ticket and does not pass the conversation on to a person. For that, write to support.
Write your name, your organisation and your email address into every report and suggestion, so portier can reply to you.
The help centre, the AI assistant's answers and the forms appear in the language portierX shows you.
