portierX exports five lists as a file. Each export starts where the list is, with Export or Export CSV, and takes the search and filters that are set. Which role may export depends on the list.

Under People, Export downloads an Excel file with one row per person. It holds exactly the people the list is narrowed to: search, person type, status and org unit, the units under it included. With no filter set, it holds everyone in the organisation.
The columns are those of the import template, and the last column carries a check value per row. So an edited export can go back through the people import. Rows you left unchanged change nothing there. How the import matches rows and puts conflicts to you is in Import people from a spreadsheet.
The column headings are in German when portierX is set to German, and in English otherwise. Dates are written as YYYY-MM-DD. The export is recorded in the Audit Log, with the number of people.
Both exports offer CSV Comma, CSV Semicolon and Excel (.xlsx). For Excel set to German or French, CSV Semicolon fits. The file holds every entry that matches the period, kind and search, not only the page on screen. Columns, steps and filters are in Show who had access and when.
Under Reports, Export CSV exports the open report with its filters. The export needs at least one row. What each file holds is in Run and export a report.
Every export takes the search and filters that are set.
A person's history and the audit log are exported by the Organisation Admin and the Access Manager only. A Credential Manager sees a person's Audit Log tab, without Export.
Keys and cards, access points and the locking plan have no export.
portierX sends no export by email. You download each file yourself.
